What to include
The more we know, the faster we can give you a useful number. In the project details box, try to include:

- Approximate year your home was built
- Whether the popcorn has ever been painted
- Ceilings over 9 feet, vaulted or cathedral rooms
- Any water stains, cracks or sagging spots

Typical pricing

Good to know before you book
If your home was built before 1986, plan on sample testing before any scraping. We arrange it through an accredited lab or inspector, and lab testing starts at about $250. If a sample comes back positive, removal goes to a properly trained abatement contractor, and we can return afterward to skim coat, prime and paint.
